What is Housekeeping?
Housekeeping can be defined in several ways depending on how you see it but basically it is the provision of a comfortable and safe environment through cleaning, maintaining orderliness and hygiene of the whole ship. It includes the cleaning of staterooms and adjacent corridors, management of deliveries and maintenance queries, and changing and restocking of linen and toiletries, as well as supporting with room service and baggage services on embarkation / disembarkation days.

Its quite easier to apply for a job on an entry level and then go up the ladder whilst you are in the game already.
