Wine and dishes.

White wine is served with a dish that contains white protein and this includes fish, seafood and white meat (chicken and pork). The same goes with red wine. Red wine is usually served along with red meat dishes like steaks, rumps, game, ribs and also smoked meat.

However, guests may choose not follow the above-mentioned rule. It is still okay, allow them to drink their favorite wine alongside their favorite dish.
