F&B Triple Reliever
The F&B Reliever covers the vacation period of three essential F&B positions: In Room Dining (IRD) Host/ess, Restaurant Host/ess and F&B Administrator.
Qualifications.
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Host/ess or administrative experience on an ultra-luxury cruise ship, private club, boutique hotel, ultra-luxury hotel or resort
- Knowledge of food and beverage products and terminology
- Excellent computer skills to include Word and Excel (creating and working with spreadsheets) and one other menu designing program such as Photoshop or similar
- Knowledge of Fidelio, restaurant reservation system, Outlook and Point of Sales System
- Experience with computerized reservation and/or table Management systems is preferred
- Must be able to create menus, invitations and flyers
Travel Coordinator
The Travel Coordinator is the primary contact for the facilitation of Overnight, Overland Journeys (OJs), multiple night FIT requests as well as special projects/events. In addition, the Travel Coordinator will provide additional help to the Concierge Team when required.
Qualifications.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in destination travel planning or within the Front Office, Concierge or similar position, on a luxury cruise ship, private club, boutique hotel, luxury hotel or resort
- Extensive worldwide destination knowledge, ports of call and tour-based information
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Experience managing a multi-cultural team
- Good computer skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook
- Hands-on experience with travel booking, CRM software and knowledge of Peak15 and Fidelio preferred.
- Experience of destination planning travel and programming essential
- Familiar with invoicing and financial responsibilities preferred.
- Travel sales expertise, preferably in the luxury travel market
- Excellent English skills both written and verbal
- One additional language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) preferred
- Active membership with Les Clefs d’Or preferred
Concierge Assistant
The Concierge Assistant provides operational and administrative support to The World Concierge (TWC) team including filing, maintenance of email calendars and folders, phone calls to DMCs/hotels/restaurants, copying, research and similar tasks as needed.
Qualifications.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a 5* Hotel or Cruise line in a Front Office/Concierge/Tour operations role preferred
- Additional Hospitality courses or tuition are an advantage
- Experience working with an ultra-luxury cruise ship, private club, boutique hotel and/or resort is preferred
- Experience in the tourism industry preferred
- Additional languages preferred (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese /Mandarin)
- Basic knowledge of meeting and event planning
- To speak, read and write English clearly and distinctly
- Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of Fidelio Cruise and Concierge Assist (Gold Key Solutions) is preferred
Physiotherapist/Physical Therapist
The Physiotherapist’s primary responsibility is to provide cutting edge biomedical Physiotherapy sessions to individual Residents / Guests including assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, hydrotherapy and supervised exercise.
Qualifications.
- Demonstrate 4 years’ experience in various clinical settings
- Hold 4-year Degree in Physiotherapy
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary medical team
- Knowledge of hydrotherapy and ability to devise exercise programme for the pool
- Experience in rehabilitation and developing a progressive strengthening programme
- Awareness of any contra-indications and precautions with specific use of treatment
- Knowledge of pathology and injuries to know when medical treatments further than physiotherapy may be required
- Experience in First Aid and CPR training
- Adept in neuro-musculoskeletal treatments
- Experience in dry needling and manipulative therapies preferred
- Proficiency and extensive experience in the assessment of and manual therapy treatment of common neuro-musculoskeletal conditions
- Knowledge of geriatric physiotherapy
- Proficiency in the use of basic electrotherapy modalities
- Working knowledge of point of sales systems, inventory management systems, Fidelio and computerized reservation systems
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Good computer skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Able to read, write and speak fluently in English
- One additional language is preferred
Commis de Rang
The Commis de Rang primary responsibility is to prepare the dining venues, food pass and service area of an assigned station in restaurants, In-Residence Dining, special events or beach BBQs, ensuring Residents and Guests are consistently provided with courteous, engaging, prompt and efficient service.
Qualifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience on a luxury cruise ship, fine dining restaurants, private club, boutique hotel, luxury hotel or resort
- A Diploma in Hotel Management or Restaurant Management is preferred
- Working knowledge on point of sales systems (Infogenesis), inventory management systems (MMS) and computerized reservation systems (Avenista) is preferred
- Excellent eye for attention to details essential
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Able to read, write and speak fluently in English
- One additional language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) preferred
- Good computer skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook
