Every morning marks the beginning of a new day and a step closer to the achievement of their goals according to their plans. A morning is a blessing and it brings new hope and strength and more courage to face life and the world. Your morning determines the rest of your day. Start it slow and the whole day will be slow. Start it with a smile on your face and your whole day will glow.

PLAN A NIGHT BEFORE.

So, it all starts with proper planning ahead before the day breaks. Plan for your next mornings before you go to bed. This helps you to wake up with the right energy knowing what you have to do and achieve. Its more like giving yourself a sense of purpose which will boost a drive to serve the purpose.

SET CLEAR GOALS AND PRIORITISE THEM.

Prioritize your work and always try to work according to your plan. This saves a lot of time and helps you stay motivated. If you are that kind of a person who likes jotting down your goals and plans for the day, it will be easy to tick off what you have achieved and the feeling is always good.

DAILY ROUTINE.

Creating a routine is another way of making your mornings to be more productive. The more you follow your routine the more you get used to it and the more efficient it becomes for you. A daily routine helps save time and it makes you to be more organized. Your body will get used to that particular routine and that is how you get to discipline yourself. You will find out that if you wake up at 4am every morning, you will end up not needing an alarm to wake you up because your body is used to waking up at that time. WAKE UP EARLY.

Wake up early every morning, and make good use of the early hours of your day, most people are more energetic in the morning which means they are more productive in the morning. Waking up early will give you more time to do your work on a steady pace and mistakes are reduced. You are most likely not to forget things if you take give yourself enough time. If you are to go to work, waking up early will help you get ready and be at work in time.

DON’T SNOOZE YOUR ALARM.

Avoid snoozing your alarm and get out of bed as soon as the alarm goes off. If you can’t help snoozing your alarm then place it somewhere you need to get out of your bed in order to reach for it. This will force you to get up and get started with your day.

EAT A HEALTHY BREAKFAST.

Make yourself a healthy breakfast. This will help you get a long way in the day. A nutritious breakfast will give you enough fuel to be as productive as you are determined to be every morning.

AVOID SCREENS.

Apply your screentime management skills every morning. Being on the screen every morning wastes a lot of your time and slows down your day. Be disciplined enough to avoid screens early in the morning. Mute unnecessary notifications on your mobile phone. Watching news may also spoil your mood in the morning as most of the times its all about bad things happening around the world.

SPIRITUALITY AND MEDITATION.

Practice spirituality, meditate and practice mindfulness. This again boosts your motivation. Everyone ought to believe in something and that is what keeps us going in life.

WORKOUT.

Working out early in the mornings helps you to be more productive. It clears your mind and sets a rhythm for the day for your body. It boosts your energy. A quick workout is enough to charge you for the day.
