REQUIREMENTS.
- Extensive wine knowledge
- Understanding of win parings and techniques
- WSET level 2 is a requirement
- Experience with wine.
SECURITY OFFICERS.
REQUIREMENTS
- Weapons or Firearms competency certificate
- Ship experience as maritime security officer
- Ex Military or SAPS experience.
- South African Passport
BAR SUPERVISORS.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a bar or restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their preparation methods
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and experience with inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications for working on a cruise ship
