WINE WAITERS.

Wine waiters share their knowledge about wine with guests thereby enhancing their dining experience. They make recommendations for the guests on the choice of wine that usually suits their meals.

    REQUIREMENTS.

  • Extensive wine knowledge
  • Understanding of win parings and techniques
  • WSET level 2 is a requirement
  • Experience with wine.

   REQUIREMENTS

  • Weapons or Firearms competency certificate
  • Ship experience as maritime security officer
  • Ex Military or SAPS experience.
  • South African Passport

BAR SUPERVISORS.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a bar or restaurant setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their preparation methods
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and experience with inventory management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications for working on a cruise ship
