Being fit and healthy means that your are stable emotionally, physically and mentally. Mental health is always ignored and people focus more on their physical health. Physical health is highly affected by mental health .

Your mental wellbeing should be your priority. Mental health issues affect every aspect of your life, from your relationships to your work or career. It affects the effectiveness and efficiency of communication.

To keep your Mental health stable you should be true to yourself. Trying to who and what you are not will take a toll on your wellbeing. Pretending to be who you are not is draining and keeps you anxious.

Life is a solo journey and also like a movie. Each and every one of us has a different or unique script. That is why we are different and also that is why life is so challenging. Stop competing with the next person.

Keep in mind that people let you know what they want you to know. Usually people display the good side of their life but never share there problems. You end up feeling like there is something wrong with you.

Everyone has a battle that he or she is fighting silently. Only if you could see what is in people’s hearts then you could understand life is tough for everyone. The only different is on the problems we are dealing with.

Stay focused on your goals. Take one step at a time and don’t mind who is ahead or behind you. Focus on you, eyes on your lane and then you will find peace of mind.

Read a lot of books to broaden your knowledge. Reduce your screen time if possible and focus on self development. Take time to enjoy your hobbies. Spoil yourself once in while, go out and have fun.

Be careful to select good people to mingle with in your life. People that will build you and encourage you to be the best you can. Keep your circle small and valuable. Leave toxic relationships.

Last but not least, be careful with social media. People only share their joyful moments but hide the sad ones except if it is funeral. Everyone is happy and successful on social media and perfectly beautiful too.

Guard your mental health. All that glitters is not gold.
