It is very rare to find people who respect their elders when they start to do what may seem better than them. In todays world everyone is trying to be better than the next person for their glory.

We forget that life is unique for everyone. You never grow to be someone else. Most people want to be famous and be dominant in their field of work and they can do anything to be noticed and appear better than others.

Master H, whose real name is Hillary Marufu, is a rising star in the  Zimdancehall music scene of Zimbabwe. He is known for his energetic performances and has captured hearts of many people.

Some of his fans have already begun to compare him to other music icons of Zimbabwe like Winky D. He is not taking it in the manner we all expected rather he saluted Winky D and claimed he was and is still an inspiration.

Not just to him but many others. This is the kind of humility that we need in the entertainment industry so people can focus on delivering instead of fighting on social media.

No matter how big a child can grow, he or she can never be older or wiser than the parent. I hope many rising artists will learn from Master H. Here is the trending dialogue between Master H and one of his fans:

BOSS KIM:

“I’m sorry to all Winky D fans… But after attending both Winky D and Master H shows, I have come to the conclusion that Master H is still and will always be better than Va Winky D, especially energy.”

Master H responded:

“I RESPECT BIGMAN WINKY D, This legend inspired most if not all these Zimdancehall artists you see today. However, one is entitled to their opinion but I wish one day our Zimbabwean Musical Fan base will grow up and stop these unnecessary comparisons between rising artists and established ones, as it is our wish kusvikawo pavari Ana mukoma (to get to where our established brothers are) ( JP, Winky D, Matheson, Freeman, Killer t, etc.) with their support of course.”

We don’t need to compete rather we need each others support to succeed and make a difference.

Cheers to Master H!

In the name of Jesus, not in the name of Judas!
